How We Ship
We use either UPS Ground Service or the US Postal Service-Airmail, depending on the shipping address:

UPS Address Correction Charge: Please make sure your ship to address is complete and includes any apartment, suite, department or floor number information. UPS now charges for address corrections and WE WILL CHARGE that additional cost to your credit card when it is billed to us.
NOTE: Shipping charges for orders sent to incorrect addresses and returned to us are not refundable.
We also offer UPS Blue (2-day) or Red (next day) service to US addresses, ONLY if the item(s) is in stock (please call for stock information). The additional charges are $7.00 and $17.00, respectively.

Estimated Time of Delivery
PROCESSING TIME: In most cases, your order will be sent out the day after it is placed (personal check orders are held for 10 working days for check clearance).
After three weeks, if your order has not been filled, a partial shipment of the available items will be made. Your credit card will only be billed for the items shipped on the day the shipment is made.
TRANSIT TIME: Orders shipped via UPS will take as long as 7 working days. Orders shipped via US Postal Service usually take about a week for domestic deliveries and within two weeks for international shipments... obviously, these estimates will vary greatly.
Overall, please allow 3-6 weeks for the delivery of your order.
